By buying or using anything on this site you agree to the following. It is short on purpose.

What you get

A personal licence to use the material while you are a paying member. Courses, worksheets, templates, prompt packs, recordings and the automations are for you and your own business.

What you can’t do with it

• Resell it, repackage it, or give it away.
• Share your login, or post the files somewhere public.
• Feed the material into a product that competes with this one.

Use what you learn however you like. That is the point. It is the files themselves that stay yours alone.

Billing

The membership renews automatically at $7 a month, or $70 a year, until you cancel. Cancel yourself from your account at any time. See the refund policy for what happens to money already paid.

Access

We aim to keep everything available all the time and generally manage it, but this is software and software breaks. Access can be interrupted. Material can be added, changed or retired. If something you relied on disappears and that ruins the membership for you, cancel and say so, and we will sort it out.

Accounts

One person per membership. Access is tied to the email you joined with. Sharing it may end the membership without a refund.

Liability

This is education, not advice, and not a guarantee. See the earnings disclosure. To the extent the law allows, liability is limited to what you have paid in the last twelve months.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state of residence of Platform Proof.
